Returns & Refund Policy (Digital Products)
All sales are final (digital products)
Because our products are digital goods (downloads, access, or delivered electronically), we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your purchase is completed and the product has been delivered or accessed.
Digital products can’t be “returned” the way physical items can, and once the content is delivered, it can’t be taken back.
If you have questions before buying, contact us at nextgenant@gmail.com and we’ll help you confirm you’re purchasing the right product.
Issues with delivery/access
If you’re having trouble receiving your file, accessing your download, or viewing your product, contact us at nextgenant@gmail.com and we’ll make it right by helping you:
- locate your download link
- Resend the delivery email (if applicable)
- troubleshoot access issues
- Confirm the correct email was used at checkout
Please contact us within 30 days of purchase so we can assist quickly.
Wrong product purchased
If you accidentally bought the wrong digital product, email us at
nextgenant@gmail.comwithin 24 hours of purchase and before downloading/accessing the product.
If the product has not been accessed or delivered, we may be able to correct it (at our discretion) by swapping to the intended product or issuing store credit.
Chargebacks/payment disputes
If you have an issue, please email nextgenant@gmail.com first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback for a successfully delivered digital product may result in loss of access and/or account restrictions.
Exceptions
We do not offer refunds for:
- change of mind after purchase
- failure to read the product description
- incompatibility due to device/software limitations
- lack of results or performance expectations (digital education/information products vary by user)
If something is genuinely wrong (broken file, incorrect product delivered, access not working), we’ll fix the issue.
